Manolito’s nuts is a family company dedicated to the cultivation of pistachios, processing and commercialization. Devoted to the farm work, our company has been always involved in increasing value addition opportunities in our environment in order to try to make the world a better place.

Our pistachios are located in Castilla-La Mancha, about 720m above sea level. This is a perfect place for the cultivation of pistachios due to the geographical features and the climate conditions.

Our arid land and the continental Mediterranean climate, characterized by cold winters and hot summers as well as the shortage of rain, guarantee the optimal conditions for obtaining the best crops of pistachios, famous for their intense flavour. These two features ensure excellent quality fruits. For this reason, this is a place in La Mancha whose name we do want to remember forever.

ORGANIC PISTACHIOS

At Manolito’s Nuts, organic pistachios are one of our main products since we are ‘eco-friendly lovers’.  We live in a rural setting so we love the biodiversity of flora and fauna can supported and benefited as well as caring for your health and our planet.

What can we do to take care of our planet and you?

  • • At Manolito’s Nuts, we only carry out support irrigation in times of extreme drought in order to avoid our pistachios trees can undergo change, making an efficiency use of water. Also, Biological pest controls are performed/ done, which consist on detecting the possible presence of pest predators.
    • We carry out biological pest controls. This control focuses on the presence of the predators of the pests that may be present and coexist in the crop.
    • The compost we use comes from compost made from sheep, cows and other animals that lead an “eco-friendly” life.
    • Other products used are rigorously certifie by competent bodies as products for organic farming.

We are certified by a certifying body to guarantee to our ECO pistachio Lovers the assurance that they really buy eco-friendly pistachio.
